Mehron's metallic loose pigment powders are ultra fine and very easy to use dry, or when mixed with Mehron's Mixing Liquid, dries completely for a "molten metal" look. Metallic Powders are used to create bold, beautiful and dramatic designs on the face and body that are water resistant. Great as an eye shadow too!

Washes off with soap and water.
