PLEASE BE AWARE UPS AND USPS ARE DEALING WITH SIGNIFICANT LOGISTICAL DELAYS AND HAVE SUSPENDED ALL DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEES. We will continue to process onlines quickly but delivery times and procedures are the sole responsibility  of shipping carriers

Party Shop Emporium will gladly accept return requests for UNOPENED merchandise within 14 days from the date you received your purchase. All returned items must include the original Shipping Receipt. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.

NON RETURN items can not be returned, refunded, or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please contact customer service before returning any merchandise. All returns require an authorization number confirmation that will be obtained by customer service at info@partyshopemporium.com or by calling 770-534-0554.

 

All returns must be shipped using a trackable service. If we do not receive the merchandise back than no return will be credited.
